ITCF-ITR is an affiliate training and research institute for ITCF. The institute was established in 2022 as a result of the need by many Tourism Club members in Primary(CBQ)and high schools to continue with Tourism Resources (Anthropogenic & Natural) & Environmental Conservation practices and education. As such ITCF responded to the members’ needs by establishing a middle level college named International Tourism Training Institute . The Institute opened its structures for training in April, 2023 with 16 students. Now the college hosts more than 360 students annually. It is registered with Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) as a private institution fully pwned by ITCF.
ITCF-ITR graduates are well placed in key positions within Conservation, Aviation, Hospitality, Wildlife and Tourism sectors because the natiure of its training are focused on producing professionals with requisite set of knowledge, skills and capacities in Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, Wildlife and Conservation intertwined with a Mandatory National Ecotourism Civilian Conservation Action and Service Officers [NECCASO GREEN UNIT] Training to model a culture of discipline, Sacrifice and Dedication within our students. This has seen many being absorbed in leading Tourism, Aviation , Wildlife and Hospitality organizations within global spaces in the United kingdom,United Arab Emirates, Europe and Africa. The institute’s main thrust involves Action and Service. The Actions and Services are continuous processes that help the college remain a more steadfast and responsible actor in the field of training & Research.

Short Courses

Our Short Courses are fully practical and unique to ITCF-ITR. Bush-Craft and Survival Skill is a short course program that will equip you with skills and knowledge of maintaining yourself and making your way in sparsely settled, scrub covered or forested areas with minimum of equipment all for the purpose of outdoor adventures. The course will cover training in wilderness first aid, map reading & land navigation, hiking techniques, climbing techniques, team building, expedition planning & organization, animal encounters, extreme survival situations etc. Currently; it begins with a two week pre-training programme before proceeding for a 14 day practical training in the field. The training usually takes place twice annually (February-June to Mid-September). Other Important Short Programs:
